Elder Theodore L. Brooks, Jr

Executive Pastor

Elder Theodore L. Brooks, Jr. is a licensed Minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW, Inc.) and he serves as an Associate Pastor of Ebenezer Chapel, in New Haven, CT.

Pastor Brooks graduated from the Black Ministry Program administered at Hartford International University for Religion and Peace (formerly Hartford Seminary) in Hartford, CT. He also attended Albertus Magnus college where he majored in Business Administration.

Professionally Pastor Brooks is a Registered Investment Advisor and a licensed insurance agent. He is the proprietor of Innovative Planning in North Haven, CT. Pastor Brooks is the Assistant Director of the Convention Outreach and Evangelism Department of PAW, Inc., and a Treasury Assistant for the International Missions Department of PAW, Inc. Locally, Pastor Brooks is dedicated to being a preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Brooks is married to Evang Tonya Brooks. He is the proud father of three children and has four awesome grandchildren.

Reverend Patrice (Pat) Medor is the Evangelism Pastor at Ebenezer Chapel in New Haven, Connecticut.

He is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. and have received his certification from Aenon Bible College. He served as Pastor of Exodus Family Worship Center for approximately 6 years. He is currently the Outreach Pastor for Exodus Family Outreach Ministries with a weekly Sunday Night Facebook live service.

His international ministry extends to Haiti and Costa Rica where he has traveled yearly to minister and bring financial support. Also included is Israel, India, Kenya, and North Miami, Florida where he has financially assisted with ministry building projects. He is also an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors with certification from Light University.

On July 2019, he was elevated to the position of District Elder during Haiti’s national church convention. In 2013 He established and facilitated the Men’s Support Group at BIMEC, a drug rehabilitation and housing facility. He was a faithful member of Ebenezer Chapel in New Haven for over 30 years. There, he founded the Ebenezer Youth Training and became a strong advocate for families and children and has organized the Family & Friends Weekend Festival for several years.

He is a native of Haiti and the fifth child of nine. In 1979, he received a plumbing degree from J.M Wright Technical High School in Stamford. In 1983, Rev. Pat Medor graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. degree in Business Economics. He is the Owner/ President of Genexo Associates, LLC; A General Contracting business specializing in Plumbing/HVAC and Home improvement for over thirty years.

Rev. Pat Medor is married to Arlene Dayle. He is a devoted father of nine children and 15 grandchildren.
